During his nine-year tenure with Voya, he regularly exceeded the market targets established for his accounts beyond 100% of goal. David’s earlier roles included leadership positions at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and AIG American General. His experience spans more than 22 years of successful sales and marketing results with a notable track record of market development and increased profits.
